Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • 5 years experience in related field (experienced working in a Public Accounting Firm or Tax Consulting Office is a plus point)
  • Extensive knowledge in A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Financial Statement
  • Holding brevet A & brevet b certificate (brevet C will be an advantage)
  • Familiar with SAP (especially FI module) and Ms Office (Word and Excel)
  • Fluent in English

Administration Staff

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting administrative operations, managing school records, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations. Proficiency in English, familiarity with Dapodik and Diknas matters, and expertise in IGCSE examinations are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
1. School Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance records, academic performance, and health information.
  • Ensure proper documentation of administrative processes and relevant correspondence.

2. Dapodik and Diknas Compliance:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) and Diknas (Departemen Pendidikan Nasional) matters, including data reporting requirements and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines set by local education authorities.

3. IGCSE Examination Coordination:

  • Help the IGCSE Coordinator coordinate various aspects of IGCSE examinations, including venue arrangement, seating layout, and examination logistics.
  • Collaborate with the IGCSE coordinator and examination boards to ensure smooth administration of the assessments.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the school management, teachers, and other staff members as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for various school-related activities.

5. Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with parents, students, and external stakeholders in English,  both spoken and written.
  • Facilitate communication between school management and staff members.

 

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience in an international school setting, specifically with exposure to the IGCSE curriculum.

2. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

3. Comprehensive understanding of Dapodik and Diknas matters, including data reporting and compliance requirements.

4. Demonstrated experience in coordinating IGCSE examinations or internal examinations.

5. Demonstrate proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Canva, etc.) and school management systems.

6. Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

7. Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and external partners.

8. Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

9. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected situations.

10. High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.

11. A positive and proactive approach to supporting the school's mission and vision.
