Transitioning to ACS Jakarta for secondary school presented a significant, albeit rewarding, challenge, especially coming from a local educational background. The institution's wellestablished
reputation for academic excellence naturally required a considerable adjustment to a more demanding workload and assessment schedule. While the structured environment, characterized by clear academic guidelines and a highly motivated student body, fostered valuable qualities such as discipline and independence, it was the integrated IGCSE and IB curriculum that truly stood out. This thoughtfully designed program offered a flexible and enriching platform for exploring individual academic interests throughout secondary school. Furthermore, despite the rigorous academic environment, the faculty proved to be exceptionally supportive and approachable, readily available to assist students who demonstrated initiative in seeking
their guidance.
